Hail to the weekend! Has it been a long one for you guys? Come 5:00, I hope you're all headed out to your happy hour of choice. The sunny weather has been hovering in the 80's this week on the island, which puts me in the mood for one of expert mixologist Charles Steadman's killer cocktails over at Echo Palm Beach.
