On Broughton Street in Savannah, GA, James Gunn is a funky women's boutique with no fear of color. The store's bright muraled walls and racks of candy-hued clothing give its atmosphere a spunky touch.
Sarah, an employee. The James Gunn retail store opened in the summer of 2005, but their wholesale line has been around a little longer. In any case, you can't date the finds this store has to offer.

I know I'm ready for the weather to warm up again and so is James Gunn! "We just combined our swim," said Ellen Harper, the store's General Manager. I absolutely love the playful prints splashed on walls full of Tibi bikinis -- they beg to be broken out in the sun and sand.

"We want to be the place people go for their outfit to wear to tonight," said Ellen. This asymetric Voom by Joy Han silk "Sandra" tube dress is screams for a sticky southern night spent drinking and dancing.
I am totally craving this Tibi tunic for myself -- I feel the sun and smell the sea salt now...- Lauren Gonzalez

Isn't the James Gunn store great? I loved it when I visited Savannah this summer!
I absolutely loved it! I bought a really cute pink BB Dakota coat...on sale for $50!
So glad to see something on Savannah! It's boutiques and shops are such "hidden" gems! I know it's probably because i'm a new reader, but I haven't many articles on Savannah. Kudos for posting on James Gunn - it's one of the best!
(My absolute favorite place to spend HOURS in Savannah is The Paris Market - check it out sometime!)
Ooh I love that Tibi tunic as well!!!
Ah what perfect timing! I'm going to Savannah Saturday. Can't wait to see this store:)
If you guys haven't checked out Terra Cotta, that is a great store as well. It has a more vintage inspired vibe than the contemporary pieces you can find at James Gunn. It's hidden around the corner from GAP. 34 Barnard St.
