Hello lovelies! Hope everyone's Thanksgiving was decadent! My sister and I celebrated alone this year since our parents decided to use the time to travel - we made a small-scale dinner of open-faced turkey burgers on a portabello cap (in lieu of bread) with cranberry chutney on top, roasted asparagus with hollandaise, and of course some traditional turkey dressing. It was delicious! I used Elena's recipe for cranberry sauce, which I'll be sharing later this week - jarred up it makes for a killer Christmas gift.
